Cona

Cona’s productions need a digital foundation that supports ongoing work and preserves completed projects. The challenge was to establish an archive of works and connect cloud services, servers and production information so the team could access and reuse materials across its activities.

I established the archive and organised Cona’s digital infrastructure around the institute’s production needs. This included connecting cloud services and servers, consolidating website hosting and structuring the relationships between works, productions, programme cycles and events. The team helped define its needs and tested the tools with me as they developed.

The website became an interface for working with this shared information. It presents the programme publicly and lets the team and partners access production materials, while its tools generate exports for communication, reporting and planning from a single source of truth.

The result is a connected digital environment that supports production work and preserves materials for future use. Ongoing maintenance and development keep the infrastructure aligned with the organisation’s needs.

Cona’s programme is co-funded by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia and the City of Ljubljana, Department of Culture.
